Refund policy

All products listed on the shop are final sale and not refundable once shipped. Confirmation email for shipped orders are sent as soon as possible. For any modifications to your order, you can always contact us ASAP at hello@kimcrtv.com.

For non-shippable items, such as tarot readings, refunds are available upon request if reading was unsatisfactory or not delivered by expected time. Please consult hello@kimcrtv.com to approve of refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
